The additional time allows the therapist to work more effectively on connective tissue, useful for overall flexibility, pain relief, reducing tension and stiffness, relaxing stiff muscles, increasing circulation, lymphatic flow etc. This naturally leads to better recovery and better overall health.

Indian head massage, also known as Champissage, uses specific massage, knuckle, rolling and rubbing techniques, to provide a very stimulating effect. The head, face, upper back, and arms are worked during a session.

The modality aids in relieving sinus, respiratory infections, TMJ, headaches, insomnia, anxiety, stress, sore and stiff neck and shoulder pain among other things. Facial reflexology, (EFT) tapping are often incorporated during a session, as well as the use of essential oils and subtle aromatherapy. (75 minutes)

Color by definition is simply “light” of varying wavelengths, and as such is a form of energy. Each color has its own specific wavelength and vibration; this light energy, color energy. Color therapists address the changes in vibration that cause stress on the body. Each, organ, gland, and part of the body has a set vibrational frequency. Stress may cause this frequency to change.

This change in vibration may eventually lead to dis-ease. Color therapists will treat the body with various color vibrations, reducing stress on the mind, body, spirit and emotions.
